Best Pumpkin Roll

Ingredients

  • Icing
  • Two 8 oz packages cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 tbsp soft butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • Dry Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Wet
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 â…“ cup pumpkin (maybe less)

Instructions

  1. Take cooking sheet - spray with oil, line with wax paper, spray again, and fine dust it with flour
  2. Cook 15-20 minutes - or until spongie
  3. Dust towel with powdered sugar and transfer cooked pumpkin to towel
  4. Take wax paper off and roll the roll. Let cool for about an hour or so
  5. Gently unroll and frost, roll back up
  6. Serve
