Cheesy Bratwurst Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Polish kielbasa or beef sausage, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 medium onion chopped.
  • 4 medium potatoes cubed
  • 1 can cream soup (chicken or mushroom)
  • 1 (15 oz) can green beans (not French cut)
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage and onion together until the onion is soft. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat until potatoes are done (about 25-30 minutes). Serves 4-6 people.
