Sausage Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 tube Jimmy Dean sausage (sage)
• 1 load of day old bread
• 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1 cup celery diced (optional)
• 1 cup onion chopped
• 1/3 cup butter

Instructions

1. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Saute onion, celery, and butter. Add sausage and cook until dark brown. Drain off fat and add to bread crumbs and seasoning.
