Carr's Secret Turkey Dry Rub Marinade

Ingredients

• 4oz chili power (16 tbs)
• 1oz black pepper (4 tbs)
• 7.35 oz garlic salt (14 tbs)
• 1.2 oz onion salt (2.4 tbs)
• ground mustard 1.2 oz (4.8 tbs)
• 0.75 oz poultry season (.12 tbs)

Instructions

1. Mix ingredients and rub all over turkey.
