Chili Canapes

Ingredients

  • 2 (4 oz) cans diced Ortega chilies
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese grated
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick

Instructions

  1. Spread chilies in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread cheese over chilies. Beat eggs, milk, salt and Bisquick until smooth. Pour over chilies and cheese.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm.
