Hot Seafood Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz package of cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 12 oz seafood (cooked) you may use shrimp, crab, or any mixture of both
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine and blend cream cheese and milk.
  2. Add seafood, onion, horseradish, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spoon into ovenproof dish, sprinkle with almonds if desired. Bake at 375 degrees. for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with crackers or party bread. Can be made 1 day ahead and reheated. Serves 12-14.
