Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, cubed small
- 2 ripe Roma tomatoes, cubed small
- 1 jalapeño, very finely grated
- 1 small onion finely diced
- 2 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl carefully you do not want this guacamole mushy. Salt t o taste, then cover and refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with your favorite Mexican dish, with a new warm tortilla, or tortilla chips. This is a hot and spicy guacamole. For a milder guacamole remove membranes and seeds of the jalapeño before grating, or substitute the jalapeño with a fresh grated green chile pepper.
